James Design Tailoring and Print LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an order or book an appointment; the contents of messages you send us; and any photo, logo or design file you upload for a custom job.
How we use it
To complete your order or appointment, contact you about it, produce the item you asked for, and keep a record of your purchase history in your account.
Payment information
We do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider; we keep only the payment status and a reference number.
Your uploaded designs
Design files are stored privately and are visible only to you and studio staff. We use them to produce your order and do not sell or publish them.
Sharing
We share information only with the services we need to run the business — payment processing, delivery and secure hosting. We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can view and edit your details in your account, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting hello@jamesdesigntailoring.com.
Security
Accounts are protected by secure sign-in, and database rules restrict every record so customers can see only their own information.
