Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order and appointment with James Design Tailoring and Print LLC.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it and issue your order number. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted.
Custom work and artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photo or artwork you upload. Custom-printed and altered items are produced to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production starts.
Appointments
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a fitting so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payment
Payment is due before an item is released. Card payments are processed by a secure provider; we never store your card details.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Items held for pickup longer than 60 days may be disposed of.
Returns
Unworn retail items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Custom and altered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for wear, shrinkage or damage caused by manufacturer defects in garments supplied by you.
